We want it or not, today’s economy has affected many. The additional pressure, stress, feeling of ‘no control’ is taking a toll not only on our health, but on our LIFE! While our body may take a while to show the signs of damage, the second area suffering greatly from these stressful times is… relationships! In our radio talk show this evening, we explored ways we can keep faith, a peaceful heart and excitement despite what is going on on the ‘outside’ world.
