What’s going on in our world????

Last year, I realized that more and more people don’t respond to emails. In these first few days in the New Year, many of them don’t return phone calls either… (I’m not much into the internet world myself and much prefer a personal phone call, hear a voice)

Isolation… Sadness… Hopelessness… Fears…

My wish for you is that you understand the healing power of relationships and true, sincere connections.

May you nurture your relationships with family, friends – and clients too! Do take the time to get back to them and spend some time with them… You don’t have to agree with everything they do or say! But here is the thing: the day you need someone to help you through a crisis, it will be that much more difficult to reach out to those you closed your door to!

With love… always!

Jan 9

I woke up this morning with a heart filled with LOVE and HAPPINESS!

The start of the New Year has been interesting: I spent January 1st, 2009 allowing myself to feel sadness and pain — and the sadness and pain of everyone in my close circle who is going through challenges: from relationships to health, to loss of a friend, of a job… etc.

I curled up on the couch with a big blanket and cried, cried… slept… prayed… and slept some more… What a great day!

My lovely husband came home around 7pm from visiting his parents. He covered me with love, we chatted and prayed some more. Then he re-heated the delicious home-cooked meal he brought home for me… It sure nurtured my soul and belly. Truly – it was ‘just what the doctor ordered’!  ;-)

STAYING “HIGH ON LOVE”

1.  It is important that we plan time, that we ‘take the time’ to CONNECT with our spirit, our feelings – our truth! I personally find “Nature” very uplifting and inspiring.

2.      We are not ‘build’ to do life alone!

-
Do you reach out to your friends?
- Do you allow them to help you?

OR

- You pretend that ‘everything is ok’?
- Bitch and complain about your struggles, yet refuse help… and love?

3.  Sharing our journey with our partner (if in a relationship) and/or friends is the only way that we can receive support and help…

4.  Stay away from computers… alcohol… drugs (including over the counter!)

5.  Feel LOVE – Accept LOVE – Give LOVE —- BE LOVE!

Happy New Year to you – from my heart!
